Verlander vs. Tropeano.  I am supposed to pay attention today?

I hope I have the patience as an Angel fan to get through this period of time when simply reading pitching matchups clearly helps me decide how to spend my attention.

That's the beauty of baseball, on any given day anything can happen.You never know when you will see something you've never seen before, plus we have Trout and Simmons to watch. I look forward to every game, I may not feel that way at the end of the game,but at least I know there is another game tomorrow.

This team DESPERATELY needs an infusion of energy.   Seems to be in a stale state, partly from the injuries and partly the so-so record in recent years.

It's definitely nice to have a few players on the verge of making a contribution at this level.
