Because he's talking to another really good baseball player that he can relate to. Not some reporter asking him a twelve part question about whether or not the team is going to win tomorrow.

For those sorts of stats to have meaning, they have to regress to the norm eventually. We've been seeing this from Albert for awhile - this is the new norm. So basically, it is nice that Albert's outs are hard hits, but they're still outs and going to continue being outs.
