Anyone else think this was a good loss?

Recommended Posts

When is there a good loss? This was a terrible loss, like all of them. I am not sure what any imbecile would see in Barry Enright that he should pitch in a major league game. 2 innings and 7 earned runs with no strikeouts? It is not like he even pitched well in the minors. The kid just isn't talented enough at this level. What rockheaded fool would ever think otherwise. (Rhetorical, of course, as most of us know the answer to that question) Damn, just damn@!

True, but you are missing Weaver, Hanson, Burnett, Jepsen, and Madson.  Maronde should probably be in the minors considering his struggles this year, his upside, and age.   Who cares if you ruin the confidence of Lowe or Enright... you can just dump them.  They really don't have many other options.  The only guy we haven't seen is Cordero.  Being cautious with him is understandable.

I know losses aren't good but the offense was not bad and we did have our bullpen pitch the whole game.

A good loss?

Please tell me you're kidding?  That's a losers mentality...

Has it gotten so bad that fans are now taking solace in loss that arent blowouts?

If that's the case...the team really is doomed.

We, as fans, have to expect more.

We aren't missing enough names on a list to have Mark Lowe and Barry Enright pitching in a game for us.

The offense was awful, how many times did they leave the bases loaded without scoring a run? I saw atleast 2 times and one time they only had 1 out then proceeded to double play end the inning. That is miserable loser stuff. If they had a heart they would have came back and won that game because it was there for the taking. Instead they flopped and left men on base all game long as they have done all season long.
