why are pics so f'n large all of a sudden?

I had a recent upgrade on my androids, both phone and tablet and afterward pics that usually resize to page width are rediculously large even if they are only 400 pixels wide. Could be the software change in combination with Angelswin page formatting.

OK, I found out there's a patch that I can run to fix the attachment/photos too large issue. 

Going to run it here shortly. May have some downtime (5-10 min), maybe not.
