Comedy is only as funny as the person trying to understand it. If you don't understand something that doesn't make it unfunny.

Yep, you certainly are known for your hilarious posts.  Those Jim Johnson posts were pretty hilarious.

It's definitely in the details. TDawg described the cock as "throbbing". That description adds the humor.

Tdawg is funny.  He would be on the AngelWin Comedy Mount Rushmore along with calscuf, Lou and Tank, maybe Glen, but probably not because he killed a guy for $7.

I bet my friend 200 bucks that the Angels would be over .500 by the end of the year. Seemed like an easy 200 bucks but this POS team is making it interesting now.

Well I am going to have to buy Nando lunch.

Probably about as funny as the countless number of times you defend a guy who you yourself says makes ignoramus moves. Is he bribing you by taking you for endless soup and salad at olive garden after every home game? Man I would probably support him endlessly if he did that for me.

Stop being an asshole.  You’re still not funny.  And yes I admit when I disagree with his moves, big deal.  The difference is I know when he makes a mistake and you think everything he has ever done is a mistake.

Don't be such a flower Strad. You have no issues calling me out on just about everything...I never said anything about this being 100% on him, you like to misconstrue my words quite a bit. I've blamed eppler and the players several times yet you focus on my criticism of scioscia. Perhaps that's because its blatantly obvious that the majority of the issues are on the skipper. Too many faces have changed over the years yet seemingly every year the same issues take place. They sign free agents and everyone on here blows their wad, 2 months in they suck up the joint and all of a sudden they suck up the joint for one reason or another. I can promise you that there's no chance in hell that every signing they make miraculously is the shittiest player ever. They aren't put in positions to succeed. Inconsistency Is a baseball players worst nightmare, and his style isn't conducive to that unless you're a defensive specialist hitting .175.

I am not being a flower and no I don’t have a problem calling you names, just as I have no problem with you calling me names.  The problem is the signings not the manager.  The list of players leaving the Angels and getting better is a very short list.  While the list of players leaving and we never hear about them again is quite long.  But this isn’t the thread for this.

Scioscia should have left Alvarez in.

Are you going to tell me with a straight face that miraculously everyone who signs here is just hot dogshit? That there are arguments for them being decent to average major leaguers throughout their career but come here and just lose all ability to play baseball? What is it that you want Eppler to do? If he trades for someone you will complain that he gave up too much, if he signs someone for too much money you will complain about the cost, yet if they perform like turds you complain that he signed turds...Come on strad, you continually find blame for everyone and everything that isn't named Mike Scioscia.

Yes you're right he should have left Alvarez in, he shouldn't be playing Valbuena, he shouldn't have let Calhoun start for so long, he shouldn't have x, y and z from x, y and z years. Eppler doesn't set the lineup and he doesn't manage the pen. He's trying to shove the round peg in the square hole, why can't he just put it in the round hole where it belongs? Why is it that things that seem so obvious to even the most casual of fans on this website take so long to come to fruition.

How many at bats did you need this year to see that Calhoun was swinging blindfolded? How many pitches did you need to see from Bedrosian to know he has no idea where the pitch is going?

Perfect oh and disgusting.

This is the F You Scioscia thread? I thought you posted this for a place to bitch about lasagnahead...but it appears that you will STILL be here to correct those who don't think right (i.e like you do)

Maybe you just did this so you don't have to search around as much to find anti-Scioscia sentiment to ridicule.

Who pray tell has the ability to change that and start a youngster consistently instead? I genuinely wonder who that lasagna stuffing individual could be?

Until Fletcher got called up -- what youngster did he have the option of starting?   Jefry Marte and Cozart were the other 3B on the roster until both were injured.

Oh yeah. F you Sosh for benching Fletcher in favor of Valbuena.

I guess he's up because hes the back up at SS..   I hate shit like this -- if he isn't going to play everyday send him down and call up Fontana..   I'd rather Fletcher play everyday in AAA than what he's doing now.

JMF and Fletcher ripping it up in AAA while Valbuena and Marte stunk up the joint. I don't think I've seen them both in the lineup at the same time on a consistent basis. Were fed a steady dose of Valbuena every night.

The carousel of lineups and batting orders is gross. Why does he have no issues with rotating out the youngsters when they come in and have a good game but he leaves a steaming pile of diarrhea out in right field for 60 games? If i'm eppler I make scioscia wear a tshirt that says valbuena bad, Fletcher good.

I know where they were playing.  I also know the reason they were in AAA were because the guy you want to force MS to wear a T-shirt kept them there.

Truthfully I'm less concerned about Fernandez getting playing time than I am Fletcher.  Fernandez managed to go two years without playing baseball cause Castro's an ass-hat and then went right back to hitting the ball -- he may be a rookie but the dude's a veteran.  Fletcher was in the middle of having a "break out" type season in the minors -- Just seems ignorant on the part of the front office and MS to have him sit around instead of playing everyday.

Its annoying because it's only June 19th so, they aren't going to fold up their tents this early but sometimes it feels like they are just fighting the inevitable.  If they are still this far out come July 20th and they aren't sellers it will suck.

As a fan I'm hoping for the best and all that -- but it's going to be a real PITA if they end waiting til August 1st and after the deadline to finally punt on all the guys with expiring contracts and start playing the younger guys.

I completely agree that eppler should have called them up earlier. I actually say it quite a bit on here that Eppler should start forcing scioscias hand because I don't think scioscia is capable of doing it himself. the problem for me is the constant carousel of players in and out of the lineup. When one player gets hot and plays well the next day he's on the bench, when one guy I stinking up the joint he's left in the lineup to rot. I just don't get the thought process from an outside perspective.
