Angels are free falling ... the fact that Donaldson has been on the DL twice and a slow start (.757 OPS) bodes well for the Angels. It’s possible we can trade without giving up the farm.

It still comes down to resources and one of those available resources is adding payroll.  Adding payroll for Donaldson would be a bad use of those resources.

Those who think he’s in a steep decline are smoking shit. His injuries aren’t serious but contributed to his slow start. Which by the way would still be our fourth best hitter ... and could end up second best. 

I know  it will never happen anyways and doubtful Toronto will give him easily.
