How is Noe Ramirez a rookie? He debuted in 2015 and pitched in 17 games. He pitched in 14 games in 2016, and 12 in 2017.

The cut off is 50 IP, and 45 days on active roster before Sept.....   He only had 30 innings as a Red Sox.... Not sure about the service time but he was under the IP limits

He had 39 IP before this year so good there for rookie status. But like you, I have no idea how many active roster days he had.

Just need to develop an offense you mean

5th in the AL in runs scored. 4th in HR. 5th in OPS. 5th in K%. 4th in WAR. 13th in BABIP. All that despite Kinsler sucking, Upton struggling, Calhoun being literally the worst hitter of all time.

The offense is fine.

7th in OBP and 9th in BA. Crazy those other numbers are higher. Cause it looks like this offense is putrid watching daily.

Oh I understand that. They are definitely struggling. But going forward they will be fine IMO. They've done pretty well considering.
