I keep having to explain to my "friends" that his power numbers are unsustainable and his historic SLG and ISO are going to drop significantly over the next few months. They won't listen. I'll wait until Trout takes him over in HR and OPS before laughing.

He's a GREAT hitter, but he didn't just become Ruthian overnight.

Man, just so crazy.  There's a chart in there that shows that Mike Trout is #3 in MLB history for most WAR by age 26, trailing only freakin' Ty Cobb and Mickey Mantle, both of whom required a season's worth more games to get there!

Betts is the MVP so far. I am a fan of WAR, but Betts has been better this year. Right field at Fenway is no picnic either. This could easily change in the next month. Maybe betts will go through a slump like Trouts.
