Because he was a free agent and signed a minor league contract.

I'd put Marsh and Adell ahead of him. After that it's up in the air. Ward has definitely entered the conversation.

Crazy thing is, he may still barely be a top 10 prospect in this org. Just how deep we've gotten.

I think the only person added to the 40 man roster this year were pitchers.
