Because they can’t spell his last name and don’t wanna look it up.

I have that problem with Sosh. I think others do too so thats why they call him Fat Mike. If they just call him Mike, then he gets confused with Trout.

Yeah, didnt know they had halfers. Most of the ones ive seen on my safaris to chavez latrine are straight simple jack.

Back to Romero, dude had impeccable control through 2016, but saw that change some the past 1+ seasons (158 innings, 61 BBs since the beginning of 2017).

He does rarely ever allow the long ball.   In 324 career minor league innings, he only allowed SEVEN HRs. 

First two MLB starts:  11.2 innings, 7 hits, 6 BBs, 0 runs, 14 Ks
