was at Saturday night's game.

beautiful Anaheim weather night for baseball. Could not have been nicer.

Middleton was awesome, great four out save which the Halos needed.

Richards - or 'ace' struck out 11 in six innings........the box score stats look pretty good. But i was at the game -- Richards did not exactly dominate the Giants. At one point I think he was one pitch away (fifth inning I think) from being pulled --- he went full count to Hundley the Giants catcher for the night (instead of Posey who was said to have a hamstring issue -- but Posey caught today - Sunday - so not sure - I would have pinch hit Posey for Hundley with one out in the ninth inning -- instead, Posey was left in the on deck circle after Hundley and Panik made the last two outs of the game).

I was at the game - with great seats in the Club section just to the third base side of the plate - right to the left of press box row.

Middleton looked good on the mound. Johnson, looked surprisingly good.

Richards? Despite the strike out totals looked like he was struggling most of the game -- high pitch count (which comes with the strikeouts) but I am convinced pitchers on both sides benefited from Country Joe West (home plate umpire Saturday night) high and outside strike calls........a lot of hitters (both teams) walked away frustrated and shaking their heads at County Joe West -- in addition, Country Joe has a habit of making sort of delayed call on that high /outside strike three pitch...........

Bedrosian looked great today btw... Hope it's a start of good things to come, much like the 2016 version of BedRock.

Bedrock was 95.25 on his fastball and 85.41 on his slider in that game.

His highest avg fastball since 9/4/2017.  20 appearances and a surgery in between.
