Barria starting on Sunday, not Ohtani

Just saw that Barria is slated to start Sunday's game against the Giants. I'm bummed because I bought tickets to the game when I learned Ohtani would be the SP every Sunday. Oh well.

Probably a bunch of other folks did the same thing. I’d say have fun and watch Barria, he looked good in his first start.

I like Ohtani on Monday in Houston against Cole.

We really need to win at least one of those games, and Monday's our best chance. Forget about Morton and Verlander on Tues/Wed. They're pitching like the original Cy Young and Walter Johnson rolled into one.

 

edit: Now that I've looked up Cole's numbers, forget that one too.

Could be worse. I went to Tuesday’s game. I left in the 5th inning and headed to the Tilted Kilt where the scenery was much better.
