Wow!!  This will definitely be a boost for the rotation if he gets back healthy soon.

Eventually have him become a late innings guy.   I'm still not totally sold on the backend of the pen, as currently set up.

I have had concerns about his long term ability to remain healthy going back to his break out season. I'm not sure he has it in him to be an above average starter, but I think he could solve that big problem at the back of our bullpen. Of course its early in the season and we might still have another 3 or 4 tommy john's due to our starting staff...

As I recall, Sean Burnett also felt a drastic improvement in his arm, then promptly disappeared.
