It really seems like Richards is trying to overthrow every pitch (trying to throw as hard as possible). And then once he gets into a jam after walking a lot of people he starts to aim his pitches or continue to overthrow. It seems like when Richards was at his best, he was not over throwing, instead he had a fluid repeatable delivery. He just seems to be slightly overthrowing everything.

I had 2 starting pitchers in my fantasy game tonight. Richards (9.33 points) and Scherzer (39 points). What a contrast.
