That's too bad -- he had walked for the first time since June 29th, only his 3rd walk since May and good for a total of 6 on the season...  So, it was quite the day for him until then.

Pequod's is the best if you're in the city.  Gino's is my favorite touristy one over Lou's, Uno etc.  Agree. don't waste your time on giordanos.  bleh.  

I would recommend eating at pequod's and not doing delivery.  

one of my favorite pies at ginos is the spinach and onion.  if you are going to try ginos, go to the original.  

other iconic chicago eateries are Johnnies beef (they do pepper egg fridays), and wiener circle late night. but neither really caters to vegetarians.  

great sandwiches at publican quality meats or jp graziano.  

tons of awesome pasta joints but if you're avoiding carbs that's tough too.

Theres a place called Tonys little Italy in placentia. They make deep dish. Need a freaking forklift if youre getting it takeout.

Hunter Greene is going to miss the rest of the season with a sprained UCL.  Not good for the Reds or him.
