97 degrees currently at the stadium. Marine layer nowhere in sight!

and yet, Pujols will hit a 289 foot flyball to centerfield and admire its track all the way into the opposing CF's glove.

I'm putting my money on the ball actually hitting off the top of the wall. Then, once Pujols finally sees the ball is in play instead of over the fence, tries to take an extra base anyway and gets thrown out  easily (I actually saw this happen at least twice last season)

Albert "warning track" Pujols.

Will be at high enough elevation tonight to see if the marine layer makes it to Angel Stadium sometime around 7-8 PM, and will try to do an update on its status around then. It really depends on how much it cools off tonight. Yes folks, believe it or not, you can see the marine layer if you're high enough to view the entire city.
