Not sure what Alabama state law says, usually there is a trigger for automatic recount based on percentages. Campaign usually has to pay for it if it’s outside legal limit and I don’t think many folks are going to be given him money  

Guess Republicans are a little bummed they got the Alabama Supreme Court to throw out capturing digital images of all electronic ballots. Not sure what they can recount.
