today Virginia Dems nixed this Bill. Here are evidenced based programs proven to reduce inner city violence and they say no? I’m pretty sure the goal has nothing to do with stopping violence.

Since that date almost exactly a month ago, 6,077 people have died there as a result of the virus.

"Murders and shootings reported last month in Chicago were up from February 2019, police said in a statement Sunday. The 34 homicides reported in February were a 41% increase from the 24 reported the same month last year, while the 137 shooting incidents were a 25% increase compared to 109 in 2019.

So far in 2020, 68 murders were recorded in Chicago, police said. The number of shooting incidents came in at 274, with a total of 325 victims."
