I have no idea how gang members in California have so many guns. Look at all the gun laws we have in place.

i'm still trying to figure out how gangs are legally allowed to continue to exist. everything about their very existence, everything they do is illegal.

In the area I live in the DA did a gang injunction a few years back on a particular gang. It worked and virtually eliminated this gang. Granted, it's not that big of gang but it sent most of them away to prison. Now I'm sure they will be released under Prop 57 so it may get bad again.
