Not sure if it's related to the recent update but I see that the AW icon in the Chrome tab is broken, I'm just getting the default icon.

i keep getting pop-up video ads tonight. what's up?

i should point out it happens when i switch to a new thread, an old thread, or the next page in a thread.

it looks like the banner on the home page with a video, ads, and topics being discussed/news.

anyone else getting this?

So there was an issue with permissions that I resolved. You shouldn't be seeing any ads anywhere on the forum but a video ad of Angels news on our homepage and blog. 

If you're still seeing ads, clear your browser cache and they should be gone.

So maybe it's just me.  But for some reason, AW.com keeps crashing on me in Chrome on android.  Used stock Chrome, and Duckduckgo.  On stock chrome, it crashes hard, can't do anything, with it sometimes restarting my phone.  On Duckduckgo, just states chrome isn't responding, and if I hit wait, I can keep going for about 15 seconds before the message pops back up.  If I don't have AW.com open, everything runs fine.

Just have it installed as a backup to chrome.

Happened again, completely hung up my phone, and caused it to reboot.  Was trying to see what Jeff Fletcher wrote in the Mike Trout trade thread.  It seems to happen more often when either the number of posts on the page is large, or there are a lot of graphics, Twitts, etc.  I would also not discount if it's a user avatar that's causing a glitch.

Ok, maybe a workaround.  Found this article.

Which sounds right as to what I'm seeing.  And seeing as Chrome and Duckduckgo are based on the chrome webrowser, makes sense that both have seen issues.

Tried on Samsungs internet, and I don't get the crashes like I was seeing on Chrome.  

And of course, there is no update for chrome for android in the play store, even though they say there is a patch.

spoke too soon.  Not getting the hard crashes like I was in Chrome.  But getting the samsung internet is not responding.  Can at least do a few things with that one.  

On a side note, the page I opened was the Ducks one, and the only pic was a twitter link.  So Twitter links might have something to do with it.

Well, whatever the latest Android update was, seems to have fixed the issue.  So far that is.

Hi @gotbeer I'm glad it is now resolved. I now have an iPhone but I use Google Chrome exclusively for browser on here. 

Tag me next time you're having an issue. I completely missed this. I'm going to start having this forum send me notifications too.

Hi @Lhalo since we had forums and communities which is a drop down of the forums to choose from I got rid of the forums link as it was kind of redunant. 

The forums page will always be angelswin.com/forums/

But look for communities. Here's where to find it on desktop and mobile:
