Sorry, I am sure it somehow pisses you off.  It is a simple concept, don't consume the sport on those days or any holiday, you'll be more crusty and disappointed than you already are watching normal baseball.

I don't consume it.  Way too much else out there to do than watch every team in the majors play in powder blues.  I caught an inning on Saturday, and said wtf.  That was it for the weekend.  What's next weekend, rainbow pride?  Rainbow hats?  Then the following weekend, Ronald McDonald house, where every team is dressed as Ronald McDonald.

 

It is stupid.

Personally -- I'd pay top dollar to see the entire Angels team dressed as Hamburglers.....  capes, ties, and zorro masks....

I didn't mind Michael Milken hogging the radio broadcast for a couple innings talking about prostate cancer and the work his foundation is doing. They're making amazing progress at lowering the death rate and getting full remissions.

As a middle-aged guy, this is something that interests me very much.

But the constant uniform changes, etc are irritating.
