They also broke the worst start in club history at this point in the season (unless what I heard on the show was incorrect, didn't verify it).

 

Not bad for 20% through almost.  It takes careful planning to suck that bad.   But with such a low team salary, you can't expect much more.

 

I'm hoping Scioscia gets an extension because it's not his fault...in fact I have no clue why any manager every gets fired.  Ever!

It wouldn't break the record. In 1969 they went 11-28. We've got to drop 8 more games in a row to get the franchise record.
