Hey @ten ocho recon scout or @LBHalos17 how formidable is the Winter Gardens gang?

I had never heard of them before, and had to do some research....  Seems like they are pretty low-level, and not very well respected even by other gangsters (go to street gangs.com to read some funny commentary from supposed actual gangsters).

Whittier Chief Piper is correct about these new laws, and specifically this Mejia candidate for the DP.  Mejia is a career-criminal, with violent Felony convictions on his lengthy rap sheet.  This book can certainly be judged by its cover.  At the minimum, California has voted to save tax money at the expense of having their neighbors' home burglarized.

They certainly are. However, tuition and fees at a UC school isn't $34,000/yr

If you include room and board, then according to UC it is.  But it's really only $15000 if you live at home.  So they better be prepared to bus tables or get a sugar daddy if they want to live away from home.

and if she lives on campus, why does she need $200/month for transportation? that's more than I spend now

re: health insurance. I'm sure daddy has good coverage if he's making that much money.

Yeah, I don't think I got a car till my senior year in college.

Also, healthcare.  We got Obamacare dammit.  She should be able to be on her parents insurance till 25 or something like that.
