There is a 26 stroke difference between Woods and Mickelson. It seems pretty silly Phil is even on the course on Sunday. 

Rather than spread the field out so far and have the last group playing into the sunset hours maybe they could do a bottom feeder scrub after Saturdays round. Nice parting gift but get off the course you are slowing down play.
