Well if Congress did a better job of cooperating we wouldn't be in a situation where a Trump presidency is a reality.  Fucking hypocrites.

my issue with this and all of the "not my president" crowd is that they're making this about the individual instead of the system, as if Hillary was anymore of a better choice or that they'll only accept a candidate that they like. It also sounds like a call publicly that they won't cooperate with him at all, and they're wrong for digging in like this before he even starts working (just like Boehner and his minions were wrong for trying to block obama at every turn). 

What I haven't heard enough of yet is a willingness to give him a chance. If Trump tries to rule instead of lead, then act accordingly. But if he works to lead instead of rule, work together and see where we can go. 

No doubt he'll have to prove himself. Lets hope that the enormity of the office and its responsibilities wake him up enough that he'll be a lot more responsible in his behavior, and therefore his job performance. And for crying out loud, someone needs to slam shut his twitter account forever more.

the ones protesting do make for some comedy relief. go out in the cold or rain to stand there for a few hours then go home and continue on with your life.....sweet. you made a real difference in society and have the opportunity to check in on your facebook so people think you're cool.
