LMFAO, CTR got trolled.

"The remarkable thing? It's all fake. And not only fake; it's a prank perpetuated by 4chan, on Rick Wilson himself. A post on 4chan on october 26 stated “mfw managed to convince CTR and certain (((journalists))) on Twitter there'll be an October surprise on Trump this Friday” along with a picture of a smug face with a hash name. http://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/94704894/#94705224 "

Giggle worthy, albeit at a third grade level, as this is the last thing we needed was something that Trump can point to and say "See I told you, you just can't trust the media."

True. It appears that the pee story was fake, but much more worthy of study is the mounting evidence of Russia's ties to him, and that's getting lost in the flow.

I see what you did there. But unless they are willing to declassify more intelligence, because  the technical proof is falling apart, it won't stick.

The big bad Russians. We can't have anyone trying to make amends with them.

Clinton did it! Laugh.

That's not the real point, the discussion is does the Russian government have compromising information regarding Trump, and did the Trump campaign work with the Russians and offer quid pro quo when it comes to their apparent attempts to influence the outcome of the election.

There is a lot of chatter out there. Some of it pretty fantastical...but a lot of it very alarming, and a lot of this is driven by Trump being less than transparent about his business holdings, debt, and obligations, if not outright lying about the fact that his businesses don't have any financial ties to Russia (unless of course his spawn was lying).

“Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets,” Trump’s son, Donald Jr., told a real estate conference in 2008, according to an account posted on the website of eTurboNews, a trade publication. “We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”

hilarious.

trump should sue buzzfeed out of existence, like hulk hogan did to gawker. thiel is already an ally, he knows how to do it.

journalism is a joke.

Ignoring the horrific notion that the president of the United States should be suing organizations that publish things he doesn't like and the impact that would have on a free press in this country. Actually, we shouldn't ignore that...it should send a cold shiver down your spine.

We should also pause for the moment and gawk in amazement at the notion that people (not saying you mr. wicked because I don't know your specific view on the subject) who actively cheer wikileaks and the publishing of stolen documents/emails (our president elect being one of them) are suddenly up in arms about the publishing of documents and information.

But, putting both of those items aside for a moment.

Buzzfeed did not create this dossier. A Buzzfeed reporter did not gather the information that was included in this report. Multiple sources have confirmed that the dossier, as Buzzfeed published, exist. They published a document that has been making the rounds, and actively discussed by our intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and elected officials. That dossier in and of itself is news. As citizens, we deserve to know that not only the dossier exists, but what it contains. If our intelligence communities and government officials are holding active discussions that the president elect, the most public or our public officials, might be comprised by a foreign state, it is our right to know.

The precise opinion on information being released seems to be almost entirely dependent on whose information has been released, not on manner or person/organization releasing the information.

Do you feel it was appropriate for Buzzfeed, or another organization, to release the dossier as news?
