Worst to Best Baseball Months

January - Winter Meetings are done, Spring Training Still Far Away

February - Pitchers and Catchers Report. Woohoo! I guess.

November - Glad that's over

December - Hot Stove, baby!

March - Spring Training!

July - Man, I hate the All-Star Game, but at least tradez

August - Dog days, teams starting to drop-off

June - Heart of the year, stats stabilizing a bit

October - great for some, crappy for most, but generally good entertainment

September - crunch time

May - The Season is fresh and under way...

April - Hope Springs Eternal

I would make one tweek to that list.  I would move Spring Training down two better spots

True that results don't count, but it's a rare opportunity to see the longer term future of the organization, the players are more relaxed and accessible, and you never know what talent might surprise everyone.  It's kind of like a party atmosphere, with little pressure.

I'd personally move October to 2nd best. There's less games and it gets tough when there's only a game per day near the end of the month but like we saw this past October, it's some of the best baseball played all year long. April is always #1 for me because it means we get non stop baseball for the next half year.

April-August are good

The rest are shit - good for you nerds, but lousy for me.
