Feeling really bad for Teddy Bridgewater right now. He had a non-contact injury to his knee at practice today. Reports came out that it was extremely gruesome, causing some players to vomit. Teddy was taken by ambulance to the hospital for further evaluation. The official report is a completely torn ACL, dislocated knee, and other structural damage. The good news is that there is no arterial or nerve damage and very early outlook is a full recovery. He's probably looking at being out 12+ months unless he's Jesus Christ himself.

Now they're saying the quick response of the trainers may have saved his leg and career, crazy.  As far as the Vikes go like him or hate him for his off field issues ADP is a stud but he's 31 and aside from the season he was suspended all but 1 game he's average over 320 touches over 8 seasons.  Even someone like him who seems superhuman is going to lose to father time and his production could drop off quite a bit.  This season with a healthy Bridgewater could have been ADP's last chance at a ring but maybe he defies the odds.

Siemian looks pretty good for a guy that was third string last year.  The way this started I thought for sure the Broncos were going to lose bad.  Luke Kuekely (sp?) is so good, all over the place on defense.

There is something about Cam Newton, he just disappears at times, he is so big fast and athletic that you just expect him to be able to do anything and then all of a sudden he can't make a play.

Some classic NFL bad calls as usual.

That Panthers secondary is brutal. Gonna hold them back in a tough NFC against the likes of SEA/ARI/GB. Broncos defense looks as nasty as it did last year, but I'm still skeptical they can carry another QB-less team to a SB. Didn't like what I saw from Siemian at all but Kubiak did well in that game to limit his chances of failure. Good news for Denver is that with their defense, they should always remain close in games so they can lean on that run game
