Is there a deliberate strategy to ignore the amendment path when talking about the US Constitution. As if they ignore it long enough people will become numb to the interpretation being bent beyond any recognition? This because the justification that the drafters were ignorant to current events instead of using the provided remedy for such temporal issues.
