-no first round pick (Sekera trade) 

- lucic..I can go either way on him. They shouldnt go into a bidding war with other teams. I'd like him back but at the right price and not a lot of years (3 max) , but I'm sure he won't be doing a deal like that 

- I'm looking forward to a trade or 2 before the draft. At least I hope so.

Lecavalier officially retires

lecavalier was such a hard working player on the ice. never really got to see him play much and didn't know much about him, but i was impressed with his work ethic as a King. would like to have gotten another year or two from him, but i get that he's done.

the kings couldn't acquire him though if not for his promise to retire.

i've got to say the cap situation is very very iffy. lewis is good as gone. hopefully someone can fill his shoes.

There needs to be at least 1 trade to relieve some salary.

You also have to hope someone will take less money to compete for a Stanley cup in LA (doubtful)
