Finally tried the VR - whatever the basic $80 Samsung dealio is. I only went on some roller coaster. It was an animation but totally cool. I let my 4YO try it too. He was freaking out...in a good way. 

My power hole thingy in my iphone (not techy) is kinda shitty. I gotta dick with the charger cable to get it charging so I'm going to wait to buy some VR until I get a new phone. Can anyone tell me what the coolest non-porn stuff is?

Try Within.  They changed their name, and I think this is the latest one.  But their goal is to bring VR movie type things.  And if you do download it, definitely check out a short film called Invasion!  It got such a high following that they are thinking of making a full length movie by a studio out of it.

Thanks GB I'll check it out. I got the new iPhone on Friday and picked up the Homido VR2. I have no basis of comparison but the device isn't that great.    VR is probably gonna be pretty shitty until Apple designs its own VR platform
