It can't be Quid Pro Quo unless the Ukraine provided something in return. Otherwise it's just Quid, or Quiditch, which is a silly game of ariel lacrosse played by fictional characters in the Harry Potter series. Not sure anymore because all of these hearings and investigations have become a piece of fiction in themselves. 

Can't wait for the Dems to blow this next election and blame China since they burned the Russian connection. That should be fun as everyone complains about Trump fixing the market with tarrifs then reverse their argument when they are lowered.
