Saturday morning Trump!

Rep, Elijah Cummings has been a brutal bully, shouting and screaming at the great men & women of Border Patrol about conditions at the Southern Border, when actually his Baltimore district is FAR WORSE and more dangerous. His district is considered the Worst in the USA......

....As proven last week during a Congressional tour, the Border is clean, efficient & well run, just very crowded. Cumming District is a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess. If he spent more time in Baltimore, maybe he could help clean up this very dangerous & filthy place

Why is so much money sent to the Elijah Cummings district when it is considered the worst run and most dangerous anywhere in the United States. No human being would want to live there. Where is all this money going? How much is stolen? Investigate this corrupt mess immediately!

He's over the top and the rhetoric is embarrassing for a president, but his point is well taken. Many of these congress critters have been there forever, couldn't care less about their constituents back in the hood, and keep getting elected due to their district demographics and gerrymandering of the district boundaries. They also become very wealthy during their years/decades in Congress. Besides, very few people actually vote anymore. This idea that our representatives are accountable to their people is ancient history. 

His district IS a disaster. He should be fired.

On a related topic, there should be term limits for congressmen. It's obvious that performance and answerability to their constituents is not a factor anymore in their continued tenure.

This goes for most of them, and it goes across parties.

That's a good and reasonable point of view. The blame is manifold.

I think Trump knew exactly what he was doing in those tweets because now the Democrats have taken the bait and screamed racism. People are getting sick of the race card constantly being played by liberals. Trump slyly said nothing about the district's racial makeup but got them to react and go apoplectic. Their outrage will have zero effect.
