This case arose from a lawsuit from a former Brandeis student who was expelled after his ex-boyfriend accused him of sexual assault throughout their nearly two-year committed relationship. Part of the accusation stemmed from the couple's first sexual encounter, because the accused did not follow the question-and-answer requirements of "affirmative consent" policies. Even though that encounter was the beginning of a lengthy relationship, it was deemed nonconsensual.

 

Doe was also found responsible for sexual assault because he would occasionally wake his partner up with kisses. Again, remember they were in a committed relationship. Saylor determined Brandeis' finding that this was an act of "violence" was "at odds with common sense" because one would have to pretend there was no context to any sexual act.

 

Judge Saylor was ruling on Brandeis' motion to dismiss, and allowed various aspects of the lawsuit to be dismissed, such as some counts of defamation and invasion of privacy. Overall, however, the lawsuit will continue and Saylor's decision will be used in future lawsuits to show just how unfair campus proceedings are to accused students.

It was utter chaos at Portland State University Thursday evening, as over 100 wackjob commie students crashed the forming meeting for Students For Trump. Fights nearly broke out, doxing and vandalism threats were issued to Trump supporters, Latino students were shoving the Trump students out of the way, another student encourages others to join anti capitalist groups, they shut down and silenced the pro Donald Trump group, mocking their talking points, whined about TRUMP chalk on the sidewalk, and it ends with the socialist students gloating about shutting it down and promising to come back if Students For Trump holds another meeting.

Dear Universities: THIS Is How You Deal With Social Justice Crybully Protesters

 

 

According to this, Ohio State University’s Bricker Hall (the administration building on campus) was taken over by a bunch of whiny toddlers posing as college students. They were protesting the usual – safe spaces, the administration doesn’t UNDERSTAAAAAAAND them, come change my diaper the way I want it done. Oh, and they had a bunch of unreasonable social justice demands (one was about boycotting a company that did work in Israel? I don’t even know…) that the university officials had listened to – and then they promptly told these brats “Absolutely not!”

 

And like a mommy with an unruly two-year-old, the university president and other officials told these glorified babies that if they didn’t clear out of the administration building, there would be Actual Consequences. Like, the police would escort them out by force AND the students would be expelled from school.

 

Miracle of miracles, that seemed to work. By 12:30 am, the last group of student protesters left the building (guess whatever they were protesting wasn’t worth getting expelled and arrested. Must not have actually been that important).

QUT student faces $200,000 bill in Facebook post racism row

"Just got kicked out of the unsigned Indigenous computer room. QUT is stopping segregation with segregation," he posted on a Facebook page called QUT Stalker Space.

 

The post attracted comments critical of both the incident and the existence of the Indigenous-only space.

"I wonder where the white supremacist lab is," wrote another student, Jackson Powell, who is also being sued.

An Indigenous woman, Ms Prior went on sick leave following the incident and reports she felt unsafe leaving her home because she was afraid somebody would say something offensive to her.

She also says she was unable to return to work in a role that required her to have face-to-face contact with white people.

Ms Prior is seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages.
