A guy I knew in High School and played baseball against is also on the Astros (Brandon Barnes). He got the start today and is batting .367 on the season. Wondering why he's not getting more playing time, seems like he's only made like 7 starts and was at .346/.433/.500 (though only 30 at bats) before going 2 for 4 today. I believe it may be Ankiel and Chris Carter blocking him from getting more playing time.
