Alex Smith isn't a play from behind QB and without Maclin they are really limited going down field.

The roughing the passer on the first drive would have had more of an impact on the game, that they missed.

One would have been a first down at mid field the other would have been a first down at the goal line... how is that?  And both should have been caught.  Both were the focal points of the play and yet went uncalled.

This is so crazy.  Smith is really good at a west coast conservative offense but to be fair he has rarely had any good deep threats in his career.

Yea, unfortunately I think they have a pretty clear path to the SB again.  Denver's defense is better than KCs but not by much and that Denver O has nothing.  Steelers have no D.

Apparently these announcers don't know what a late hit is.  As long as contact begins in the field of play it is not a penalty to finish the tackle.

Why did the Pats get blessed with all this good fortune. I hate boston sports teams. That had INT all over it and instead it goes right to Edelman for the 1st down to clinch the game

Neither do I....though I guess that's not bad. Had SB expectations the past few years so falling short sucked....don't have SB expectations with this group, not with how they've played the last half of the season. Never know though.....2012 Ravens, 2011 Giants, etc weren't very good during the season
