Disagree with you. There is a very militant friend of mine who is real adamant about feeding anywhere, anytime, and around anyone. She shares posts on FB from a couple of support/advocacy groups she's involved with.

I had an experience during college with a woman at a small burger stand run by the school. I was sitting at a large table by myself one afternoon. Her husband went up to order while sat down opposite me with the infant. Didn't say a word, didn't use a coverup, and just suddenly and unexpectedly popped out a huge boob and started nursing her child. I was 19 and all I wanted to do was stare at her boobs. It was uncomfortable, to say the least.

As long as moms cover up, I'm fine. Just be discreet.

Phil, as a moderately conservative dude, I'm wondering what behavior regulation you do agree with which the Republican Party wants to happen? You're obviously cool with women whipping boobs out, discreetly. Drugs? Gay marriage? Profanity on TV?

I am generally liberal on social issues. Although I think gay marriage should be up to the voters, I'd vote in favor of it. I'd also legalize prostitution and pot (but no other drugs).

And for the record, I am fine with women whipping their boobs out, discretely or not. As long as they look good.

BTW, we basically have the same political views, I'm not a fan of having the government take more of my money, but I doubt any of the current republicans do anything about that. Today's republican candidates seem to be more about warnand Christian behavior control than being fiscally conservative.

So I'll vote democrat and suck up the big taxes since at least they don't want to ban sex toys, weed and anal sex.

 

You should start a "Republicans for Anal Sex" lobbying group.

When seeing a good looking woman breastfeeding I am very polite and ask the baby if I can cut in first. 

 

I have seen women breastfeeding what looks like a 10 year old with a full set of teeth and able to get a boner.  That is some messed up stuff.  By then the mother is only producing goats milk and chunks of old granola.

I went through and re-read the entire article. This issue highlights everything that is wrong with a huge contingent of the Republican party. Unless the party comes into the 21st century on basic issues such as this one, it will continue to play runner-up to the left.

The real problem is that this is not even a real issue. This is entrenched collective stupidity to stand your ground on a sandbar in a hurricane. There is no sensible reason to do this.
