Gave up 3 runs in 3.1 his last outing against the Twins and we only lost by 2. All is forgiven though.

Great job by the entire team as a whole. Bullpen, starters, defense, hitting, and the coaching staff. Nice to finally see some smiles and hopefully this gets us on a roll.

I want to keep him in the bullpen. I don't want him in the rotation. He changes the look from what our starters have to offer and the other team doesn't usually change their approach

Kick ass. You always need good long relief.

When you have a rotation as shaky as the Angels' is, having a quality long reliever like Williams can be immensely valuable. My question is, what happens to Williams when Weav is healthy and Richards pitches too well to be removed from the rotation? Could he pitch adequately in shorter one inning stints in middle relief? Could Blanton? I know there'd be a lot of pissed off fans if Richards was moved back to relief after being the Angels best starter with Weaver out.

i'll take Williams in any role over Blanton if Joe serves up nothing but bombs again in his next start.

I'd like to keep JW in the bullpen too.  In his case why fix something that isn't broken?  There are other ways to fix the rotation, and I agree once Weav is back I would hope Blanton would be out unless he drastically improves.
