3-5 games is what an awful manager will cost a team during a season. Since he isn't awful I would say less.

With an enormous payroll every year.  The one year we did make the playoffs, we got swept, in humiliating fashion, thanks in large part to Scioscias idiot managing, and idiot baserunning strategy that he preaches.  

 

When Cowgill gets thrown out at 3rd on a fly ball, "I was hoping Colin would go."  The guy is a tool and has been crippling this team for years.

You mean the ones that every team does based on tendacies of hitters. The ones where we shift about 20% of how often the Astros shift, yet we have a better defensive efficiency than the Astros with worse defensive players?
