The clowns in new York need to fix this replay crap

The clowns in New York need to be actually watching and paying attention to the games same as any other umpire. It's not rocket science. As it is now it's obvious the NYC guys only even start to watch the feed once the managers and field umpires have hemmed and hawed just to even decide to ask for a replay. 

 

The decision to trigger a manager challenge should have to be almost instant, but at the same time, challenges should only be lost if a call is outright confirmed by replay, not just call stands. That way the teams won't feel compelled to do the entire replay process themselves to make sure they are right before even requesting the official replay to begin. 

 

If managers had to make a quick decision to replay or not, and video guys were ready to go, there wouldn't even be any significant delay for these reviews.
