Rep. Tlaib’s campaign pays $170K to anti-Israel, anti-police activist

Federal Elections Commission filings for Tlaib (D-Mich.) first reported by Fox News reveal that her re-election campaign has paid $147,000 to Unbought Power LLC over the course of several months since March 2020 for “Fundraising Consulting.” Rooted in Community Leadership, Tlaib’s leadership PAC, reportedly paid the organization an additional $23,000. 

Unbought Power is run by Rasha Mubarak, who is also listed as the “treasurer” of Rooted in Community Leadership. 

In April last year, Mubarak pushed the “defund” line, slamming policing as a “racist system.”

chances gas companies would go ahead and raise their prices by 18.4 cents if/when this passes?

Homeless man does the unthinkable after woman offers act of kindness

A Utah woman's throat was slit by a homeless man after she let him into her home to take a shower, according to the Salt Lake City Police Department. 

Police were called to the apartment around 5:00 p.m. last Sunday after receiving a report of a "woman bleeding heavily." 

The victim, whose identity has not been released by police, was transported to a local hospital for emergency surgery and was later upgraded to critical but stable condition. 

She told police that she let the suspect inside her residence so he could shower and described him as homeless.

The suspect, 30-year-old Eric Jones, was arrested two miles away from where he allegedly slit the woman's throat in the early hours of Feb. 11. He was charged with one count of aggravated assault.

I’d like to feel sorry for her but she should have seen this coming
