We literally had intelligence in January that this was bad and we didn't act on it.

South Korea and Germany on the other hand immediately got to testing and making sure they have supplies available and they have mostly stopped the spread.  It is the difference of having a greedy cunt in charge and having someone that cares about the people and listens to their advisors.
