So if it's not a coincidence then what is it? Sounds a lot like a certain country would like to undermine and meddle in our country's election process.

Russians hack everything. That’s what they do. So does China. 
 

If a foreign country was able to manipulate the tallied election votes my ears might perk but this isn’t even anything remotely close to that. I’m sure whatever lib website directed you to the Ohio Journal Gazette was able to clear that up for you though.
