What would happen if 3 teams tie for 2nd Wild Card?

As of right now the Angels are the 2nd Wild Card.  

 

Angels : 63-59

Rangers & Orioles : 62-59

 

If all 3 teams were to finish the season tied what would happen?

Round 1)  E plays D

Round 2A)  A plays winner of Round 1

Round 2B) C plays B

Round 3) Winners of round 2
