Bummed to hear this, met a few of his partners way back when, and the book he wrote was excellent. A more recent book kimd of shoots down some of his theories, but some of the things he uncovered were nuts.

Brandon, you mentioned rampart in another thread, he includes a lot of that in his book (LAbyrinth)

Anyone ever see that movie crash? Remember don cheadles character is involved in some kind of off duty cop on cop shooting? Thats based on a real event, and thats what led to rafael perez getting burned
