Friggen hilarious...I was so disgusted I turned off the game when it was 5-1. If the wife hadn't just said anything, I may have never known the Angels game back and won the game.

I was driving home from work listening and just gave up. After so many loss after loss with the offense ****ing over the pitching staff that not even a 9 inning no-hitter would create a win, I figured that lead was insurmountable.

So I get what I deserve, missed out on a great comeback and the weirdest set of substitutions ever where the entire infield was playing out of position.

S-C-I-O-S-C-I-A had a bunch of injuries this week on his fantasy team that uses 1 game played positional eligibility and he thought he'd take care of it in one fell swoop.

I looked at the box score and almost spit out my beer. Can Giavotella even make a throw that far?

Dunno.  Two fly outs and a grounder to first.  Street pitched smart given his defense.

That was Gia's first time at shortstop as a professional.  Majors.  Minors.  Nada.

It was also Gillaspie's first time at second base as a pro.

If only we could have somehow worked out an emergency catcher in somehow too.... who is the emergency catcher, anyway?

They keep Robb Quinlan on ice with instructions to defrost him in case of such an emergency
