Pujols has a no-trade and no one will claim him with that contract. Also a player can't be traded while on the DL so CJ isn't going anywhere.

 

I believe that you can trade a person on the DL.  Teams just don't do it, because well, he's on the DL.  If I remember right, traded involving DL players have to be approved by the commissioner.

Yeah, but who will the Phillies want for him?  I know there are still many games to go, but Toronto and Kansas City both look pretty golden, would it be worth giving up almost anything that would compromise next year?
