Weav's body language is terrible and you can just tell he knows he does not have it anymore.

Sucks to see Weav reduced to this but he's done. The drop this year in velocity is just too much. He's always up in the zone and he doesn't miss any bats anymore

Not watching yet, but paying attention on my phone. This is going to be tough trying to balance giving Weaver the respect he's earned and doing what's best for the team. If he can't be successful, I think he will walk away, but probably not until spring training of next year.
