I'm burnt on Zombie films. I remember enjoying House of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects initially, and then after hating the Halloween remake, went back rewatched the others and I just can't do it.

 

 

I'll check this movie out eventually if reviews are solid but I cannot stand his dialogue and his lack of subtlety with it. He's decent enough director, but I'd be more interested in this if he didn't write the screenplay himself

Pass. Went to see House of 1000 corpses and left about 40 minutes in because of how stupid and boring it was, and I assume all these Rob Zombie films are the same

I agree 100%.  The duee is great with the visuals, but he can't write a good script to save his life.  A studio needs to give him a good horror script and have him direct that.
