The SEC Myth

Recommended Posts

i don't think ohio state will have a walk through for their schedule. big 10 teams play tough football. their schedule will definitely look better and give them a little more street cred if they're not playing idaho and hawaii every year.

You're the real MVP for saying that with a straight face, Tank.

Another 'Bama player got a DUI.  He likely wont face any punishment.  One of the DEs got a second DUI last year and was not punished.

The SEC is pathetic, no wonder their players go to the NFL and end up getting constantly arrested, they are taught they can get away with it when they are in college.

"That punishment includes weekly urine tests, drug counseling, mental health consultations, gun safety and ownership classes with a police officer and community service. Additionally, Robsinson was to complete 26 hours worth of ride alongs with police while Jones would spend 21 days in a drug rehab program."

sounds like a hell of a lot more than running extra laps after practice. also seems to address the actual problem

"Alabama has yet to announce whether Robinson and/or Jones will be suspended for any games."

ha ha, i think we all know how this is going to turn out.

Charges dropped on both players.

meanwhile, at southern cal, Osa Masina under investigation in 2 states for sexual assault.

Cottonwood Heights Police confirmed the ongoing investigation and said Masina could be facing charges for rape, forcible sodomy, fondling and 'exploitation by telecom.'"

one game suspension for violating team rules.  I'm surprised that rape is even against the rules. Then again, at southern cal, if he didn't orgasm it isn't rape.
